Before those golden flames, Huron's body dissolved and disintegrated as swiftly as snow drenched in concentrated sulfuric acid!

Huron howled in terror. He could feel the golden flames forcibly severing his connection to the Warp. The power he had stolen from Chaos was being purified, erased!
The six metal tentacles stabbing toward Saul from behind him drooped helplessly in midair, then shattered piece by piece into dust.

Just as Saul overwhelmed Huron head-on and his concentration faltered, a defiant, grief-stricken roar rang out.
The veteran Malakai, that loyal warrior, finally broke free of every tentacle binding him. As he saw the once-in-a-lifetime opening Saul had created for them, a flash of resolve crossed his eyes. He cranked the Thunder God's Hammer's power to its maximum and launched himself like a shell from a cannon. With every ounce of strength he possessed, he hurled the warhammer blazing with blue lightning toward the point high above where the seven crimson pillars converged-the Core Nexus sustaining the entire Sacrificial Ritual!
