He rose from the operating table. At over six meters tall, he nearly brushed the ceiling of the enormous operating theater built specifically to accommodate a Gargant. He rolled his neck, and his head, half flesh and half steel, gave a teeth-grating creak. Yet his movements flowed smoothly, without the slightest stiffness.
More importantly, he felt the purest, most primal, most savage WAAAGH! energy detonate deep within his soul like the Big Bang.
Gork and Mork had personally given him that "extra kick"-the ultimate "blessing" from the true gods of the Orks.
The corner of his mouth-the remaining fleshy half-curled into a cold, confident smile.
"Grotsnik," he said slowly in his new voice, "good work. I like this new head. When I get back, I'll bring you some... more interesting 'test subjects.'"
With that, he paid no further attention to the surrounding Orks, who had been struck speechless by his new appearance and terrifying presence, and strode straight out of the operating theater.
He was going to see Bonecrusher. He was going to launch a new crusade, greater and crazier than ever.

"You..." Bonecrusher leaned forward slightly on his throne, looking up and down at this ultimate patchwork monstrosity, who seemed to have stepped out of the maddest Mekboy's nightmare. "...look even more 'exciting' than before."
"Thanks to you, and to Grotsnik." Liu Zhipeng inclined his head slightly, an exceedingly rare gesture of respect in Ork society. "Ork know-wotz says I’ve never felt better."
