"What are you talking about, you silly kid?"
Jiraiya gave a bemused smile as he looked at Naruto, who had only just snapped out of his daze, and said:
"So this place can give you a sudden flash of insight, huh?"
"All right, all right. Come back tomorrow."
With that, Jiraiya waved his hand as though shooing Naruto away.
"But, Pervy Sage, I really did come up with a great idea!"
Seeing that Jiraiya didn't believe him, Naruto bounced around in frustration, then grabbed another water balloon from beside his feet and held it up for Jiraiya to see.
"Watch this!"
"Hayashi just came back and gave me this idea!"
With that, Naruto poured chakra fiercely into the water balloon.
The chakra inside the balloon grew more and more abundant, but showed no sign of spinning.
"Hey, I told you, just pouring it in..."
Before Jiraiya could finish, he saw Naruto abruptly move the hand channeling chakra to a different spot.
As the balloon filled with more chakra, Naruto moved his hand faster and faster. He looked up at Jiraiya and spoke with growing delight.
"See, Pervy Sage? Hayashi showed me! I just have to make the chakra inside the water balloon spin!"
"So all I need to do is channel chakra into it from different places!"
As he finished speaking, a swirl seemed to gradually form at the center of the balloon in Naruto's hand.
Then, fueled by the chakra Naruto channeled into it, the swirl spun faster and faster.
He made the water churn inside the balloon, just like it had in Jiraiya's earlier demonstration.
Then, with a bang, the balloon burst!
The water, churned to its limit, finally had nothing left to contain it.
Water splashed everywhere, drenching Naruto from head to toe.
