A few minutes later, Batman was standing in the hidden room, already on his third inspection to make sure he had missed nothing. When he heard Zuo Ci call, he instinctively looked back.
"Nothing... uh, didn't I tell you to go easy on him?"
The moment Batman turned around, he saw the owner sprawled on the floor. For a moment, he had no idea what to make of the sight.
After Zuo Ci's item took effect, the owner learned for the first time in his life that pain could shut a person down.
And after repeated cycles of shutting down from pain, rebooting from pain, shutting down again, and rebooting again, he finally broke down and toppled onto the floor, chair and all.
To make his inspection easier, Batman had swept the nails Zuo Ci had thrown out of the hidden room after entering it.
So when the guy tumbled to the floor, he successfully picked up every nail with his body, unlocking the Steel Hedgehog achievement.

At his boss's question, Jack immediately turned his head away and played dead.
