Miki Yūya helped stop Moryo’s resurrection without sacrificing Shion, then was swept with Naruto into Rōran’s past while pursuing Mukade. There, Minato confronted Yūya over the dragon veins and the short sword as Naruto joined their clash.

• Sasori and Deidara rested in the Land of Snow while Orochimaru sought Sasori’s help stabilizing Mechanical Naruto, and Hanabi fled Konoha after Miki Yūya and the villagers blamed her for Hiashi’s death.
• Tsunade sent Naruto, Sakura, and Hinata to protect Shion, while Miki Yūya took Konohamaru toward the Land of Demons and helped sever the fate that foretold Shion’s death.
• Miki Yūya defeated Moryo’s forces, fought Moryo and Pain, and left Konohamaru to protect the Land of Demons as Moryo transformed into Yamata no Orochi.
• Nagato rejected Obito’s Eye of the Moon Plan and pursued Sasori’s proposal to destroy chakra, while Konoha and Kumogakure contained their border conflict and Danzō threatened the Hyuga Clan.
• Miki Yūya ridiculed Shion’s plan to sacrifice herself, then led her and the others to the battlefield before Sai sent them after Mukade and the dragon veins beneath Rōran.
• Naruto and Miki Yūya were transported into Rōran’s past when Mukade activated the dragon veins, where Yūya asserted his inheritance rights and Mukade revealed his identity and history.
• Minato arrived in Rōran with Kakashi, Choza, and Shibi, confronted Obito in the desert, and later rescued Sara from Mukade’s Puppet Guard.
• Minato confronted Miki Yūya over the dragon veins and Sara’s short sword, and their fight escalated until Naruto’s Shadow Clone kicked Yūya as Naruto charged at Minato with a Rasengan.
