Except Gua and the others didn't think Jiraiya and Tsunade were there to bring them home.
"Jiraiya and Tsunade must be here to arrest us. We're Uchiha, after all. We'd better hurry back to Konoha. If we go back now, it'll count as turning ourselves in. If they drag us back, we won't get that option."
Gua calmly analyzed the situation.
