As Sasuke spoke, his black eyes transformed, instantly activating his one-tomoe Sharingan.
He held his right hand flat, and visible white lightning gradually gathered at his fingertips. As more and more lightning accumulated, a piercing sound rang through the area, like a thousand birds crying out at once.
