Snake Aunt was in a wonderful mood after finishing his conversation with Sixth Brother.
Although Snake Aunt had obtained a Three-Tomoe Sharingan from Naruto,
he had no way to develop many of the Sharingan's abilities, much less awaken them.
With a serum containing the Uchiha kekkei genkai, he would be able to delve deeper into the Sharingan's secrets.
"You really are my wonderful Sixth Brother."
The little-girl-looking Snake Aunt brushed back the long hair at his temple and walked gracefully out of the room.
He soon found Kabuto Yakushi in the laboratory.
"Lord Orochimaru, you seem to be in quite a good mood," Kabuto said with a smile, adjusting his glasses.
"Yes. Kabuto, bring Kidomaru and the other three here." Snake Aunt walked over to the experiment table. "I have a very important task for them."
"Yes, Lord Orochimaru."
Kabuto acknowledged the order and respectfully withdrew.
Less than five minutes later,
Kidomaru, Sakon, Tayuya, and Jirobo were all kneeling on one knee before Snake Aunt.

The four greeted him respectfully on one knee.
"After we returned from Konoha, I told you to prepare the equipment and necessary hand signs. How are the preparations coming along?" Snake Aunt's voice was soft and unhurried, his delight unmistakable.
"Yes, the sealing barrel coffin, Sealing Jutsu, and everything else are ready."
Sakon answered respectfully.
"Good. Take this along, too."
As he spoke, a small, transparent medicine bottle appeared in Snake Aunt's hand, filled with tiny red pills.
"Are those... Calming Pills?" Seeing them, Kidomaru realized something.
"That's right. I want you to go to Konoha now and bring Sasuke back. Help him unlock the cursed seal second state along the way."
