Loki said nothing, and neither did anyone else. Silence spread through the crowd.
Gradually, Tyr lost his patience and delivered his ultimatum. "Don't think you can stall for time. We've sealed off this space. You can't escape, and you can't even send a message out."
"I'll give you three more breaths. Surrender or be destroyed. Your time starts now."
"Are you really so sure you've got me cornered?"
Loki raised an eyebrow. Tyr's expression abruptly changed, and he immediately threw a punch.
Boom!
A terrifying sonic boom erupted as Tyr's fist struck Loki. In an instant, Loki's figure shattered like glass.
The Gods' expressions changed at the sight.
"An illusion! When?"
Tyr sounded baffled.
Loki's voice continued to echo in their ears.
"The moment you appeared. I was only bluffing to see if you'd come out. I didn't expect you actually would."
"You scared me to death."
Loki's tone was teasing, without the slightest trace of fear.
At his words, Tyr's expression turned utterly cold. "Not a bad trick. But do you think hiding means I can't find you?"
"Veda, find him!"
At Tyr's command, Veda nodded and scattered green life energy across the canyon. Plants immediately burst out of the soil, and in the blink of an eye, the once rather barren Infinite Canyon was covered in lush greenery.
As the plants grew, Veda's senses spread throughout the canyon. Suddenly, Veda pointed somewhere, and in the next instant, Ullr and Forseti attacked. Two waves of energy shot straight toward the spot Veda had indicated.
Boom!
A terrifying explosion rang out. Rocks shattered, and the newly grown plants were utterly destroyed, yet Loki was nowhere to be seen.
Everyone frowned at the sight. Tyr turned toward Veda, his look seeming to ask what had happened.
Veda explained, "He's right there.
