Tony opened the model, glanced at it, and couldn't help marveling. "The Ancient One really is a genius."
It was a complex Three-Dimensional Maneuver Formation.
For each section of the formation, The Ancient One had designed detailed conversion and control modes tailored to different people.
The more people there were, the greater the formation's destructive power, penetration, and defense-ignoring true damage became.
That was because more people meant more complex energy properties, making it harder to defend against.
Anyone capable of designing such a magic array deserved admiration for her vast knowledge and extraordinary expertise.
Tony closed the model, opened a portal with a satisfied smile, and disappeared.
Not far from him, Commander Dier and Nolan were trembling.
The most dangerous place was the safest. The hundred-meter radius around Tony was an energy-silent zone, so neither of them had suffered even the slightest injury.
Having survived the ordeal, Commander Dier was drenched in sweat. "H-he... he's gone."
Nolan leaned limply against his commander, tears streaming down his face. "That was terrifying!"
Someone capable of defeating a Skyfather-level powerhouse was fucking terrifying.
With a single thought, he had wiped out more than half of their several million volunteers.
"Ding-dong, ding-dong, ding-dong..."
With shaky hands, Commander Dier answered the video call. "Hello, who... Your Majesty, you're still alive!"
Linda looked utterly bewildered. "What do you mean by that? Did I die once already?"
"Uh... anyway, it's a blessing that you're alive!"
Linda didn't dwell on it. "We are formally declaring war on the Dark Empire. You have been appointed supreme commander for this war."
Dier was completely stunned. "No! Your Majesty, we can't declare war on them!"
"I will give your advice serious consideration, but I insist on declaring war."
Dier was dumbfounded. "Your Majesty, I'm certain we can't beat them!"
