Erik was a hot-blooded, socially anxious, chatterbox of a middle-aged man.
Seeing monsters appear stirred the passionate soul within him.
But that enormous blood-red monster looked very hard to handle.
Erik decided to deal with the Shadow Ninjas instead.
Erik waved both hands, and several broken iron rods on the ground floated into the air.
"Go!"
Erik pointed forward with one hand.
The iron rods instantly shot through the air, sweeping toward the Shadow Ninjas in every direction.
Bang, bang, bang-
Countless Shadow Ninjas were beaten into smoke by the iron rods Erik controlled.
Meanwhile, after losing an agent, Coulson and the others put some distance between themselves and the Bloodthirsty Monster.
The shock on Coulson's face refused to fade.
He could hardly believe his eyes.
The RPG having no effect was still within his expectations.
But after so many Shadow Ninjas were dispersed...
The Bloodthirsty Monster quickly summoned another horde of Shadow Ninjas.
What was going on?!
Were there an infinite number of Shadow Ninjas?
The Shadow Ninjas scattered again to help the Bloodthirsty Monster capture humans.
Coulson raised his assessment of the Bloodthirsty Monster's threat level once more.
"Roar!!"
The Bloodthirsty Monster let out an unnatural roar, and those less able to withstand it covered their ears and dropped to their knees.
Coulson fought as he retreated to Erik's side.
"Mr. Erik, we need to deal with that red ball of flesh first!" Coulson shouted.
Erik looked slightly uncomfortable, but continued controlling the iron rods to attack the Shadow Ninjas.
"So do you have any way to hurt it?" Erik shouted back.
Logan rolled back to where they had parked, looking bedraggled.
"Aren't you government guys supposed to be so capable? You can research anything, so hurry up and figure something out!" Logan shouted.
