"I never thought that after over a thousand years away, we would encounter something so unfriendly the moment we returned," Mage Merlin sighed.

Captain America was stunned. Did he mean the same kind of year I was thinking of?
"Your Majesty, perhaps you acted a little rashly. Blue Star is still short on energy. Returning blindly might leave the Knights lagging behind the other powers."
"I had no choice. I heard Maga Orochi was about to awaken in Britain, my homeland. Didn't you come back too, Mage Merlin?"
Artoria sat in front of a mirror, grooming her cowlick.
"That's true, but..."
Captain America's mouth began to twitch.
I knew every English word on its own, but why couldn't I understand them when you strung them together?
"How many years was I asleep? How did the world change so much?" Steve already had a vague sense that something was terribly wrong.
"You're awake!" Merlin pushed open the door to the room where Steve was resting.
"Yes. Thank you both for saving me." Steve expressed his gratitude to King Arthur and Mage Merlin.
"No, we had something to do with you getting caught in that explosion. Saving you was only right." Seeing how polite Steve was, Merlin replied just as courteously.
King Arthur kept studying Steve.
Steve was brimming with righteousness, and a steady stream of faith power was beginning to gather slowly around him.
Even King Arthur thought it was gathering far too quickly.
Steve's attention was drawn to the calendar hanging beside the front door.
