Chthon had made his move.
Regardless of the cost, he had spent vast amounts of dimensional energy to break through Kamar-Taj's seal and strike!
That name belonged to one of the oldest beings born on Blue Star.
At the dawn of Blue Star's creation, ancient gods such as Gaea and Chthon had appeared on the planet.
Chthon was the ancient god who commanded the power of the dead, hence his titles of god of the underworld and Yama.
But after one ancient god fell into corruption, the gods began to suspect and slaughter one another. Even the strongest among them-Gaea, Chthon, and Set-came under attack from their fellow gods.
To escape the catastrophe, Gaea chose to merge with Blue Star and become part of its consciousness, while Set and Chthon fled to other dimensions. They conquered those dimensions and became dimensional gods, relinquishing the authority they had gained from being born on Blue Star.
That was how they escaped their pursuers.
For that very reason, even with so many versions of Blue Star in parallel universes, Chthon remained reluctant to send his own energy to the planet.
By now, Chthon had become far too powerful.
Even Dormammu, who had stumbled into incredible luck, occupied a Dark Dimension that was not necessarily stronger than Chthon's Crimson Dimension.
"Why would Chthon intervene?"
Magneto frowned.
Although what had arrived was not Chthon's power but a crimson life-form, such creatures were generally controlled by Chthon from behind the scenes.
Hm?
Chthon's subordinate was actually driving Wanda away!
Strictly speaking, Wanda was Chthon's direct subordinate on Blue Star.
Driving Wanda away truly caught Magneto by surprise.
What intrigued Magneto most, however, was that after seeing Wanda as she was now, Chthon had actually split off a sliver of his consciousness and descended upon Blue Star.
