Inside the S.H.I.E.L.D. Triskelion, Nick Fury was still pondering how to secure the rest of his annual funding.
Just then, an alert sounded in his office.
That alert meant an important item they had been searching for had surfaced.
Nick Fury heard a knock at the door. "Come in."
Coulson quickly opened the door and entered, reporting what he knew to Nick Fury. "Director, our investigation confirms that the last Dragon Ball has appeared."
Nick Fury took the screen Coulson handed him.
Zhang Fei and Banner appeared on the screen.
Clearly, though, the round ball marked with six stars in Banner's hand drew more of Nick Fury's attention.
"Coulson, where did this surveillance footage come from?"
"Satellite surveillance, along with footage retrieved from connected surveillance cameras."
Nick Fury sighed. If they had learned about it through satellite surveillance, most other organizations probably knew as well.
With that thought, Nick Fury set the matter aside.
"Coulson, don't concern yourself too much with the Dragon Balls. Your job is to train the team."
S.H.I.E.L.D. already had one Dragon Ball. Getting another would spell disaster.
S.H.I.E.L.D. already had plenty of problems to deal with.
"Yes, Director."
Coulson left with the video files showing the Dragon Ball.
Meanwhile, back in the Control Room Coulson had just left with those files...
"Hail Hydra!" A man identified as a Level Six agent walked in and addressed the staff member sitting beside the monitors.
"Hail Hydra!" The agent monitoring the feeds replied calmly, though his eyes shone with fanaticism.
In fact, not all Hydra agents knew their organization was called Hydra.
Some agents who had yet to be recruited, or whose recruitment had only just begun, knew only that they belonged to another organization.
Only those who genuinely embraced Hydra's ideals, or who performed exceptionally well
