Rex Raptor and the others stood to one side, looking anxious.
Anzu could no longer spare any attention for Joey Wheeler. Her gaze was fixed on the situation in the arena.
Tetsuhiro, however, remained perfectly calm. He was fairly familiar with Yu-Gi-Oh! and knew what Dark Yugi had up his sleeve here. In particular, the moment Light Bakura emerged would signal Dark Bakura's defeat.
Sure enough, Dark Bakura used that card the very next second.
"I activate the Spell Card-Change of Heart! I'll take your Dark Magi-"
"Ugh!" Suddenly, the black-and-white angel on the Change of Heart card took on Bakura's appearance. He emerged from the card himself and possessed the High Priestess.
ATK: 1100, DEF: 800
"Quick, Yugi, attack me! Even dying would be better than being controlled by that demon forever."
"I won't let you sacrifice yourself!"
"That's right! Don't give up hope!" Everyone else encouraged him too.
"Teacher, what should we do? Can you help Bakura?"
"It's fine." Tetsuhiro folded his arms, his expression calm and composed. "Yugi already has a plan. This was his real goal all along."
In the Duel Monsters arena, the Millennium Puzzle blazed with golden light. Dark Yugi raised his hand and unleashed Dark Energy. "Mind Swap!"
"Aaagh!" Dark Bakura screamed on the platform as a translucent soul flew out of his body and swapped places with the High Priestess.
Dark Yugi seized the opportunity to issue his Attack Order. "Dark Magician!!!"
The Dark Magician spun his staff several times before firing a blast of energy at his opponent.
"This is impossible! No! I'll be back!" With those final words, Dark Bakura's body shattered into fragments, and his soul shot into the sky.
