Li Tetsuhiro united Madara and the Sage Lands behind Konoha, made Madara its First Hokage, and led the conquest of the Daimyo’s realm. After declaring himself Emperor and beginning a war to unite the nations, he faced a crisis when Black Zetsu seized Izuna and his own life force began to fail.

• Li Tetsuhiro persuaded Madara to become Hokage, overcame Senju resistance to his reforms, and trained with Madara in the Three Great Sage Lands.
• Madara became Konoha’s First Hokage, Black Zetsu infiltrated the village and possessed Tobirama, and Tetsuhiro and Madara drove him off with help from their allies.
• Tobirama revived Izuna through Impure World Reincarnation, and Tetsuhiro and Madara led Konoha forces against the Daimyo’s regime.
• Tetsuhiro defeated the Daimyo’s defenders, reorganized the government, proclaimed himself Emperor of All Creation, and declared war on the other nations.
• Tetsuhiro conquered the Land of Wind and gained Shamon’s allegiance, while Madara conquered the Land of Earth before Black Zetsu took control of Izuna.
• Tetsuhiro used his cells and wood essence to awaken Madara’s Rinnegan, then mobilized armies against the Land of Lightning and the Land of Water.

Tetsuhiro unified the Shinobi world, confronted Black Zetsu and Kaguya, then opened a portal and led the empire into a parallel world. After conquering the Chicken Country and intervening in a martial world, he returned to imperial affairs and continued expanding the empire’s reach.

• Madara rescued the dying Tetsuhiro with Rinne Rebirth, and Tetsuhiro returned to life, completed the Water campaign, and announced sweeping imperial reforms.
• Tetsuhiro expanded the empire, freed the moon’s Otsutsuki descendants, and joined Madara in fighting Black Zetsu and Kaguya before ending the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
• Tetsuhiro opened a portal to another world and personally led the campaign against the Pot Chickens, while Madara and the empire’s forces conquered territory and secured the Chicken King’s submission.
• Tetsuhiro and his allies fought the Pot Chickens across the parallel world, while Mifune Hisashi led the samurai to victory and Tetsuhiro discovered a hidden force of martial artists.
• Tetsuhiro took Long Wu to Dragon City, exposed the Demon Cult Saint Son posing as Long Xiaotian, killed him, and named Long Wu the Martial Arts Alliance Leader.
• Madara conquered further countries, while Tetsuhiro took Kaguya sightseeing and worked to raise her bond level, provoking Mito’s jealousy.
• Tetsuhiro helped stabilize Might Guy for surgery, received reports on imperial operations, raided a London bunker with the Covert Operations Squad, and visited the Dragon Vein before attending a banquet in Roran.

Tetsuhiro’s forces entered a world overrun by Kabaneri, pursued research into the outbreak, and helped Mima overthrow the Shogunate. Back in the empire, Little A’s exam began, and the Forest of Death battle royale ended this stretch with Han unleashing a massive steam explosion.

• Tetsuhiro sent Li Ce’s army and the Shinobi forces through the portal, where they fought Kabaneri, established a base, and captured station cities.
• Tobirama recruited Ikoma and Takeru as researchers, while Danzo’s group pursued Mumei and used her to draw out Mima.
• Ikoma survived a Kabaneri bite with Mumei’s help, and Hiruzen’s team uncovered the connection between Mima, the Black Smoke, and the outbreak.
• Mima joined the empire’s campaign, helped defeat the Iron-Blooded Army, and stabbed his father with a blade carrying the Kabaneri virus, while Madara investigated the virus’s origins.
• Tetsuhiro opened Little A’s exam, where candidates competed in a written test and team battles that included Chiyo’s victory, the Kurama team’s win, and Duy’s fight with Little A.
• The candidates entered the Forest of Death, where alliances, ambushes, and airdrop battles unfolded as teams competed for points.
• Ao, Kagami, and Kosuke took a tank from an airdrop, but Kurama Guangsheng’s team brought Kabaneri down on them and Ōnoki’s squad attacked.
• Shino, Bao, and Rilu joined the fight, and Kosuke helped the others attack Han before Han’s Massive Steam Eruption blasted the battlefield.

Tetsuhiro’s forces invaded Eren’s world and fought the Coalition Army and the Rumbling, eventually forcing the nations to surrender. Eren died to end the Titan bloodline, and six months later Levi visited the orphanage and Eren’s grave as the rebuilt world moved forward.

• Might Duy defeated Kinkaku and Ginkaku, and Hatake Sakumo won the exam after defeating Kurama Guangsheng, Kagami, and Ōnoki.
• Tetsuhiro prepared the Empire for war, opened a portal into Eren’s world, and discovered Uchiha Hikari among the arrivals.
• The Empire’s forces fought the Coalition Army and captured several Intelligent Titans, while Erwin and the Survey Corps struggled to escape the Hunt Faction.
• Eren unleashed the Rumbling, and Tetsuhiro’s forces captured Zeke, subdued the Coalition Army, and fought the advancing Colossal Titans.
• Madara and Tetsuhiro confronted Eren in Paths, where Ymir agreed to transfer her power and endless labor to him.
• Eren asked Mikasa to kill him, and she beheaded him as Ymir completed her final task and faded away.
• Under Madara and Hashirama, the Shinobi Empire defeated the remaining resistance, accepted the nations’ surrender, and began rebuilding the Titan world.
• Six months later, Levi visited the orphanage and Eren’s grave, while the Empire allocated resources and continued reconstruction.
