Compared to the current meta's top-tier characters, Esnie and Miss Eiffel, Chelsea's only advantage might have been the desire to conquer her that she inspired in Jonas. That often produced unexpected results when they faced off.
Especially when she deliberately cultivated a contrast between her different sides, that contrast could become a devastating weapon against reason.
At present, however, it was not Jonas whose reason had crumbled, but Miss Chelsea herself... which was the main reason she deserved the glass-cannon label.
Perhaps she felt she would not last if this continued, or perhaps she wanted to change the subject before finding an opportunity to regain the upper hand.
