Li Wei had figured it out.
If he already had one, he would never get a duplicate.
Li Wei had possessed the Dread Plate and Ghost Plate for a long time, so it was perfectly normal that he hadn't received those two.
He had suspected as much last time, when he resolved the Destruction Cocoon crisis without receiving the Dread Plate.
This time confirmed his answer.
Hoopa Unbound was Psychic- and Dark-type.
Hoopa Confined was Psychic- and Ghost-type.
With the Mind Plate, Li Wei now had more than ten of Arceus's Plates.
They were the Ground, Steel, Water, Dragon, Fire, Ghost, Dread, Electric, Fairy, Mind, and Ice Plates.
Eleven of Arceus's Type Plates in total.
What would happen once he collected all eighteen Type Plates? How would the Theme Park change?
Li Wei was quite interested in finding out.
Hoopa had spent the entire day playing in the Theme Park.
Just as Li Wei had said,
this place was so much fun.
Even after exploring all day, Hoopa was still enjoying every moment.
The Valley of Creation was nice, but the Theme Park was clearly better.
The air, the water, and even the earth here-
Barza and Meray, who could sense the power of nature, could both feel Arceus's power within them.
It was even stronger than in the Valley of Creation.

and possessed the power of overcoming, they hadn't given it much thought.
