Floaroma Town.
It was a little town surrounded by flowers.
As far as the eye could see, vivid flowers swayed in the breeze, their fragrance filling the air.
"Draa~~"
Drakloak was fascinated by the sea of flowers.
"Come on out, Lucario!"
The moment Lucario appeared, Lucario sneezed.
"Achoo!"
"Are you okay?"
Lucario shook its head. "Luca."
(There's too much pollen. I need a moment to adjust.)
That was the downside of having such a sensitive nose.
Li Wei and Steven had no such trouble.
Lucario walked ahead, while Dragapult and Drakloak flew behind them, one on either side.
An elderly woman leaning on a cane and wearing round glasses smiled. "Well, what a rare visit."
Both men stopped and turned toward her.
"Hello, I'm Steven."
"Hello, I'm Li Wei."
They introduced themselves first.
The old woman clearly hadn't heard of either of them.
"Shaymi~"
The old woman, whose name was Mijun, adjusted her glasses, a hint of surprise in her clouded eyes. "Is that a Shaymin?"
Li Wei nodded. "Yes. I rescued Shaymin a while ago and wanted to bring Shaymin home for a visit."
Li Wei also wanted to pick some Gracidea Flowers while he was here. They were just the thing for changing Shaymin's form.
In Land Forme, Shaymin could only be a cute pet.
In Sky Forme, however, Shaymin was a god of battle.
Mijun grew even more welcoming. "Oh, then this old woman owes you both a proper thank-you!"
Li Wei looked at Steven. "What do you think?"
Steven nodded. "We might as well stop in for a while."
Steven loved chatting with elderly people, because they knew plenty of legends.
Just as with the rumors about Reflection Cave he had heard in the Kalos Region, those had come from an elderly woman too.
