To welcome Professor Oak and Professor Rowan, the Old Master cooked a dish he had not made in a long time: Spring Snow.
It was somewhat similar to Boiled Cabbage, but different, using fish and leafy greens.
Milky-white fish broth paired with vivid green vegetables.
The dish looked simple and elegant, but tasted delicious.
Once the broth had simmered for a certain amount of time, the longer it cooked, the better it tasted.
The little greens that had soaked up the fish broth were especially good. One bite sent the savory broth bursting across the taste buds.
After one bite, Dayou felt as though the doors to a whole new world had opened. "This is incredible!"
