North of Seaflair City,
Azure Bay, Sea God’s Cave.
The sea was azure blue, and the sound of waves crashing against the reefs echoed in their ears.
Just as Steven had said, Sea God’s Cave was on a small island surrounded by reefs.
This was the renowned Sea God’s Cave, where few dared to venture.
After all, no one knew when they might encounter a Legendary Pokémon-or whether they would make it back.
Sea God’s Cave was somewhat like a blue hole, with seawater reaching past their knees below and rocky walls dripping water above.
"Come out, Milotic!"
This place was paradise for Milotic.
"Mii~"
Milotic swam a circle around Li Wei.
Having anticipated this, Li Wei and Steven had already changed into shorts. Steven had been here once before, after all.
It was beautiful here, well worth exploring even without any Legendary Pokémon.
Fine white sand lay beneath their feet, and the azure seawater was clear enough to see the bottom. Holding a High-Power Flashlight, Li Wei scooped up a handful of sand, then let it slip through his fingers.
Although the seawater only reached past Li Wei's and Steven's knees, it was not nearly so friendly to Diancie and Shaymin.
If they really had to walk on their own...
They would not be able to breathe.
Seen from a distance, the seawater did not seem so frightening, but being submerged in it was not a pleasant experience for Diancie.
So Shaymin and Diancie were sitting on Metagross's disc-shaped body, watching the water.
As for Arcanine, water did not frighten him.
Taller than Li Wei, Arcanine would have had no trouble running around here even with Li Wei on his back.
"It's so pretty, Rotom!"
Rotom was taking photos like mad.
Pokémon were swimming freely in the water too.
