By now, Steven was almost certain that the meteorite discovered by the Mossdeep Space Center was Jirachi.

At first, Steven had not been quite sure, because the voice had faded so quickly.
Since Li Wei, Shaymin, and Diancie had all heard it, though, there was little room for doubt.
Li Wei, Steven, Lucario, Shaymin, and Diancie gathered around the meteorite, but no more sound came from it.

Steven rubbed his chin and ventured, "Maybe Jirachi hasn't fully awakened yet."
Waking Jirachi required a pure heart or singing, as well as the comet's energy.
