Mostly, winning championships was so normal for Red that it barely stirred anything in him.
But did that mean Red felt no excitement at all? Not quite.
Facing Steven, Cynthia, and Blue again had rekindled Red's enthusiasm for today's official competitions.
The main reason was that Steven, Cynthia, and the others had all grown stronger.

Before the finals began, Red had already told Blue about entering the Master League together next year.
Over dinner that evening, Red announced it to everyone else, too.
"I'm planning to enter the Master League next year."
