"About N, Team Plasma's heir?"
Ash scratched his head. "Um, why did I hear my name and Pikachu's?"
Li Wei nodded. "Because we'll need you and Pikachu to convince N."
"N isn't Team Plasma's heir. From what we can see, he and Ghetsis have already had a falling-out."
"Ghetsis was only using N anyway.
"His goal is to control the world using Reshiram and Zekrom, the Pokémon from the Unova Region's founding legend."
Ash blinked. "Zekrom? Isn't that the one we met before...?"
"That's right. One of the Unova Region's Tao Trio."
N's relationship with Ghetsis had broken down.
That was good news for Li Wei.
When N left Team Plasma and ventured out alone, he must have seen some examples of Trainers getting along with their Pokémon.
Not just what Ghetsis wanted him to see.
That had undoubtedly shaken N's convictions a little.
N wasn't a proper villain.
After all, he had never been cut out to be one.
