"Everyone inside is dead, and there are traps everywhere that can send people into illusions again. Be extra careful."
Wei Yanchi emerged from the house covered in dust and grime, carrying a human skull. He turned it over and over in his hands, studying it, before finally reaching a conclusion.
"This thing is the culprit. Anyone who encounters it gets trapped in an illusion. It's manageable if someone enters alone-they can escape once they see through it. The danger is when a whole group gets pulled in, like earlier. But that isn't impossible to deal with either."
"Mr. Xie De, the treasure we're looking for is very likely inside the Ancient Library at the center of the Desert Ancient City."

Listening, Xie De lowered his gaze to the human skull, then looked around, hoping to find somewhere relatively clean and sheltered from the wind. Unfortunately, the nearest building was the very house Wei Yanchi had been crawling around in, getting himself filthy.
With no other choice, he pulled up his hood and walked straight inside. "There's a sandstorm coming. We'll go to the library after it passes."
