Xie De captured vampire Luxi, who claimed that Blood Servants—not vampires—were the key to clearing the instance. After a strange wind pointed them northwest, the group headed toward tenant farms and spotted a black horse racing through the fog.

• Luxi told Xie De that he had awakened as an instance NPC and identified Xie De as the instances’ external representative.
• Beiwei and Juelu reunited with Xie De’s group, and Luxi insisted that Blood Servants were the instance’s defining feature and that he had not created most of them.
• Xie De dismissed Luxi’s connection to Hell, while Luxi admitted that the devil’s story about his grandmother’s execution had some truth to it.
• A strong northwest wind prompted Xie De to lead the group toward farmland inhabited by tenant farmers.

Wei Yanchi threatened Mammon into helping him find a mirror, but Belial arrived seeking revenge and turned the encounter into a confrontation. Wei Yanchi faced both demons with the Ghost Bride at his side.

• Wei Jianye told Wei Yanchi he had come to Mammon's territory to seek help against Asmodeus, and Wei Yanchi proposed another plan.
• Wei Yanchi stole a sports car and used threats to force Mammon to help him find a mirror.

Xie De followed Asmodeus’s bait to the Western Farm Granary, where 009 asked him to return Wei Yanchi before Asmodeus trapped him in a deadly space. As black devils closed in, Xie De expanded his domain to its limit.

• Xie De sent Wei Yunmo and Beiwei to take the injured Luxi back to the Church while he led the others northwest.
• Asmodeus’s call exposed Xie De and his group to the white-clad crowd, and Xie De fought his way toward the Western Farm Granary after Asmodeus threatened Wei Yanchi.
• Xie De told 455 he was going to the granary both to save Wei Yanchi and to stop the expanding instance from endangering its residents.
• At the granary, 009 asked Xie De to return his son, and Xie De shot him before Asmodeus intervened and revealed the warehouse was a trap in his own space.
• Asmodeus summoned black devils to attack Xie De, who threw aside his gun and expanded his domain to its limit.

Xie De fought Asmodeus as the devil overwhelmed his domain and tried to force him to surrender. Reinforcements arrived and chaos erupted, but Asmodeus's human head lunged at Xie De after his shotgun fell, leaving his fate uncertain.

• Asmodeus showed Xie De visions of suffering across the world and offered to spare him if he submitted, but Xie De shot him and watched the wound heal.
• Asmodeus compressed Xie De's domain until 455 and 730 arrived and incorporated the anomalous space into an Instance.
• Jialike and Jialina entered the warehouse as reinforcements, and Jialina attacked Asmodeus, who insisted that no one could defeat him in his domain.
• Xie De revealed that he had more tricks, while Wei Jianye and Baal freed Beelzebub by removing the pitchfork from his body.
• Beelzebub tore through Asmodeus's Spatial Cage, and he, Jialina, Jialike, Xie De, 455, and 730 clashed with Asmodeus in the collapsing space.

• Asmodeus attacked Xie De while Belial and Mammon watched and urged him to kill Xie De.
• Xie De saw Wei Yanchi in the mirror, then used Asmodeus’s contempt for him to get close.
• Xie De shoved the Angel’s Eyeball into Asmodeus, and its holy light caused the demon agony and shattered the mirror.
• Sidi emerged from the mirror and attacked Asmodeus, breaking apart the space and giving Xie De a chance to escape.

After dying, Xie De rejected Gabriel’s offer of Heaven and chose the Underworld, but Huan’s immortality and Anbers’s surgery brought him back to life. He reunited with Wei Yanchi, who told him he had killed 009 and recovered Xie De’s finger bone.

• Gabriel told Xie De that he had taken him to Heaven to keep Hell from claiming his soul, but Xie De criticized Heaven for abandoning the human world.
• Xie De refused Gabriel’s invitation, said he would rather go to the Underworld, and fell from the clouds.
• Xie De heard people calling him and woke in a hospital room to find Wei Yanchi holding him and crying.
• 455 explained that 730 had asked Huan to lend Xie De his immortality and that Anbers had operated on him.
• Wei Yanchi told Xie De that he had killed 009 for good and showed him the finger bone he had recovered.

Xie De emerged from the crisis at Cross Hospital as Hell was erased and all Instances were reclaimed. After learning Heaven had been detected, he caught Gabriel’s feather and watched Huan bring peace across the world.

• Xie De encouraged Wei Yunmo to study medicine under Anbers, and Wei Yunmo apologized before Dunpli led him away.
• Xie De pulled the Cross-shaped sword from Luxi and let the vampire leave as a bat.
• 455 told 730 that Hell had been dealt with, and 730 said it wanted to bring Heaven into cooperation.
• Xie De caught Gabriel’s warm feather, and Wei Yanchi explained that his senior fellow disciples had the Angel’s Eyeball and that his grandfather should be with them.
• Huan ran across the clouds above the world as people in multiple countries looked up and the fog dispersed.

After the instances were reclaimed, Xie De and Wei Yanchi traveled to E Country, where they discovered Asmodeus hiding in a basement and severed Hell’s final connection to the instances. As Wei Yanchi invited Xie De to a concert, Wei Jianye appeared, leaving Xie De to face the awkward prospect of meeting his partner’s father after publicly announcing their relationship.

• Xie De arrived in E Country with Wei Yanchi and discussed the reclaimed instances and their dead with the authorities.
• Wei Yanchi reunited with his three senior disciples, told them he and Xie De were dating, and then caught up with Xie De.
• At the site where E Country’s agents had traced the Mirror Ghost, Xie De and Wei Yanchi found a corpse hidden in the basement.
• Xie De recognized the corpse as Asmodeus, learned Hell was in turmoil, and used the Angel’s Feather to sever Hell’s last connection to the instances.

Xie De and Wei Yanchi attended a violin performance after settling matters with E Country’s officials, where Wei Jianye realized they were involved. Wei Yanchi left with him to talk, then returned with roses and kissed Xie De.

Xu Gong, Lü Yating, and leaders from the Otherworld factions met to negotiate a ceasefire and post-disaster reconstruction, but their talks stalled over money and distrust. Xie De arrived, killed Jefferson Morkney for conspiring with the Demon, and established the World Supreme Council to unite the factions.

• Xu Gong and Lü Yating arrived at the Highland Street Conference Room to represent the Reactionaries and Peace Faction at the ceasefire meeting.
• Liu Qiang called for the Surface World war to stop, and Xu Gong and Lü Yating supported his proposal.
• Jefferson Morkney and Guan Chenghai argued over funding reconstruction, with each offering to match the other's contributions.
• Xie De arrived, accused Morkney of making a deal with the Demon, and shot him despite Morkney's threats and offers.

After founding the Supreme Council, Xie De traveled with Wei Yanchi to Magic City and then returned to G City for Lunar New Year. Wei Yanchi followed him home, revealed he had deduced Xie De’s identity, and joined him in celebrating the holiday with his parents.

• Xie De finalized the Supreme Council’s founding, blocked 730 after their dispute about Heaven, and agreed to visit the Martial Arts Hall with Wei Yanchi.
• Xie De and Wei Yanchi visited Magic City, where Wei Yanchi’s fellow disciples learned they were dating and reacted with disbelief.

After dying and ending up in Hell, Orion learned that Mena and Su Fangmu had already reincarnated while Su Qian planned to atone so she could join her brother in a future life. Beelzebub gave Orion a job guarding Hell’s cemetery, where he met a crow emerging from the grave of the Banggai crow.

• Orion refused a headless demon’s advances in a tavern, then fought with Su Qian before they reached a truce.
• Su Qian told Orion that Mena had reincarnated and that she planned to atone for her sins before reincarnating as Su Fangmu’s younger sister.
• After Su Qian left, Orion wandered Lucifer’s city and accepted that he could not escape or avoid eventually fading away.
• Orion met the crying Beelzebub, who offered him a job guarding Hell’s cemetery and recording headstones that appeared or disappeared.
• Orion saw a black crow emerge from the grave of the Banggai crow and greeted it.

Coal Ball recounted why he decided to assassinate Wei Yanchi, accusing him of keeping the cat from seasoned fish, taking the owner's place in bed, and getting Coal Ball kicked out of the bedroom. After seeing the owner's red marks and exhausted state the next morning, Coal Ball decided Wei Yanchi had bullied him and resolved to protect him.

• Coal Ball blamed Wei Yanchi for making the owner rinse the fish before giving it to the cat.
• Coal Ball resented Wei Yanchi for sharing the owner's bed and taking the cat's place beside him.
• Coal Ball said the owner kicked him out of the bedroom after hearing the owner ask Wei Yanchi where he was putting his hands.
• Coal Ball slipped into the bedroom the next morning and saw the exhausted owner with red marks on his collarbone and around his eyes.
• Coal Ball concluded Wei Yanchi had bullied the owner and decided to assassinate him.

After leaving G City, Xie De worked to establish the Supreme Council and confront cults while handling Wei Yanchi’s makeup exams and sending Beiwei back to school. Hu Songlin dealt with a cult leader, then accepted an umbrella from a woman who reminded him of his mother and walked into the rain.

• Xie De left G City and investigated cults that rejected the Otherworld’s authority and attacked instances.
• Wei Yanchi called Xie De to complain about retaking exams, but Xie De refused to help him avoid them.
• Xie De told Beiwei to return to school, then assigned her to meet Liu Jiarui in G City and investigate the Wei Family Old Residence.
