By now, the fishy smell lingering around his nose barely registered. Li Xian even felt as though the cold had dulled his sense of smell. Shivering slightly, he scanned the containers full of frozen fish one by one, then suddenly spotted a small patch of purplish red among the silvery scales.

It immediately caught Li Xian's eye. The dark purple patch was only about the size of a fingertip, and he couldn't make out what it was from a distance, so he hurried toward the nearby container.

Once he got close enough, Li Xian discovered that the object was actually... a finger buried in the pile of frozen fish.

Li Xian shivered even harder. After taking two seconds to steel himself, he reached out and pushed aside the top layer of fish.
