Star Plasma Vessel Contract

Shiu Kong approaches Toji Fushiguro about the Time Vessel Association’s contract to assassinate Riko Amanai. Watching the bombing of Riko’s room from a nearby tower, he assures Toji that the Association pays promptly despite lacking the strength to confront sorcerers directly. He initially addresses Toji as “Zenin,” prompting Toji to correct his surname 13.

Yang Jian’s rescue of Riko exposes an unexpected threat absent from Shiu’s intelligence. The city-spanning red domain leaves Shiu sweating and biting through his cigarette; Toji nevertheless accepts the contract, demanding increased payment for the additional risk 13.

Establishing Business with Yang Jian

After the Time Vessel Association disbands, more than half of its remaining underground assets and covert contacts pass into Shiu’s hands.
