After Ghost Wall’s attack brought Megumi Fushiguro into Gojo’s care, Yang Jian clashed with Jujutsu Headquarters, earned a fixed-term assistant post, and left to investigate disappearances at a mall.

• Yang Jian killed a Grade 1 Cursed Spirit with a Ghost Eye trial card, then joined Jujutsu High as a special collaborator while investigating the spirit’s unnatural growth.
• Yang Jian used Ghost Hand to suppress White Ghost, sealed it with Gojo, Geto, and Shoko’s help, and learned that supernatural incursions were beginning.
• Yang Jian contained a gray ghost at Tokyo Metropolitan Third Hospital, then helped Gojo and Geto rescue Utahime Iori and Mei Mei.
• Yang Jian rescued Riko Amanai from an attack, protected her from assassins, and helped Geto offer her a choice to return home instead of merging with Tengen.

Yang Jian hunted powerful cursed spirits, concealed Sukuna’s Fingers, and dismantled Kusumoto’s secret cultivation facilities while Jujutsu Headquarters investigated him. After clearing the Sagamihara site and taking its cursed objects, he concluded that Kusumoto had lost everything he stood to lose.

• Yang Jian killed cursed spirits at the quarry and shipyard, rescued an injured student, and found Sukuna’s Finger in a Shinjuku reservoir.
• Yang Jian destroyed the special grade threat at Shibuya, took the Sukuna’s Fingers, and covered up his actions as Headquarters investigated the collapsed barrier.
• Yang Jian erased the Shibuya entrance gate and tracer, then used Shiu Kong’s intelligence to locate Kusumoto’s hidden sites in Sagamihara and Ichikawa.
• Yang Jian inspected the Sagamihara facility and found experimental samples, then joined Suguru Geto in destroying the specimens at Ichikawa.
