Jianbian was no small matter; he could not simply rush into it.

From the day he decided to head to Area No. 4444 for Jianbian, he had been considering how to begin.

He had simply been too busy with Joint Mining in Zone 5 to spare the time.

After dinner, Qin Siyang chatted with Chu Baxing again, asking how the Chu Character Legion expanded its ranks.

Chu Baxing said, "The Chu Character Legion has a reputation, and what we offer our soldiers ranks among the top three legions. Naturally, that attracts people from all across the Safe Zone to enlist."

"Soldiers from across the entire Safe Zone? Why not recruit near the Chu Character Legion's camp?"

"The military is a small society in its own right. Cliques and factional struggles exist there too. Having too many soldiers from any one place upsets the balance. That's why every legion considers where its recruits come from."

"I see."

Chu Baxing added, "Qin Siyang, recruiting soldiers isn't like inviting people to an event. There's a lot to consider. I don't think going straight to Area No. 4444 and rashly announcing that you're recruiting is a good plan."

Qin Siyang had originally intended to go straight to Area No. 4444 and recruit on the spot, but after hearing Chu Baxing's explanation, he felt it made a lot of sense.

As the saying went, haste made waste. Perhaps he needed to think this through a little more.

"Then what else do you think I need to do before Jianbian?"

Chu Baxing glanced at Qin Siyang. "Are you asking me for advice?"

"Yes."

Ignoring the teasing in Chu Baxing's voice, Qin Siyang admitted it outright. He was merely losing a little
