Qin Siyang and his group soon arrived in Sigma District.
Hu Chan parked the Drill Pod at one of the World Salvation Church's secret sites.
Hu Chan said, "President Qin, you said Principal Zhao would send someone to pick you up. Since we shouldn't let anyone else know about Yu Guardian, I won't be coming along."
Qin Siyang nodded. "No problem."
Although Zhao Longfei, Li Tianming, and the others had confirmed with Qin Siyang that they would come to Sigma District for the meeting where the World-Destroying Church would reveal the contents of the [Apocalypse Fragment], they had other things to attend to and had not arrived yet.
Li Tianming was focused on his research, while Zhao Longfei was busy with Zhao Family affairs. Neither had any time to spare.
Only Qin Siyang, who appeared to be a student on the surface, could make time to come early.
Even Qin Siyang's free time was only relative, though. He faced little pressure from the outside world, but he had already packed his own schedule. There was a reason he had come to Sigma District early.
Before attending the World-Destroying Church's meeting, he had to get his hands on the [Apocalypse Fragment] Yu Bianwei had left behind.
According to Yu Yongyou, his father had hidden the [Apocalypse Fragment] in the Yu Family's mine, but Yu Bianwei had not specified its exact location in his final letter.
Presumably, Yu Bianwei had believed that Yu Yongyou, as heir to the leadership of the Yu Family, would certainly be able to find the [Apocalypse Fragment].
Qin Siyang did not know whether father and son shared some unspoken understanding that could help pinpoint it, so he had summoned Yu Yongyou as well, to guide him through the search in the mine.
