"You will fight inside this Registry Room. But rest assured, nothing here will be damaged by your battle."
Qin Siyang snorted. "Oh, thank you. How thoughtful. If you hadn't said anything, I'd have worried that our fight to the death might damage the tables and chairs. What a terrible sin that would be."
Ada looked at Qin Siyang and said flatly, "I'm very sorry."
"An insincere apology is just a waste of time," Qin Siyang replied. "As far as I can see, this seems to be exactly what you wanted."
"Although it's rather impolite to say so, you're right."
Ada smiled faintly. "In the past, an entire year might pass without anyone entering the Sunken Star Currents, and an entire decade might pass without anyone reaching the Second Domain. No one has ever discovered the Registry Room before being sacrificed."
"To think I'd meet two powerful individuals here at once today. I don't know what sort of luck this is."
"We aren't the lucky ones. You are," Alan said. "Because standing before you are the Domain Masters of the Fourth Domain and the Eighth Domain."
"What?! You're both Domain Masters?!" Shock briefly filled Ada's eyes before she grew thoughtful. "No wonder... An ordinary person couldn't possibly have both the wit to avoid registering their name and the strength to resist the Registry Offering Mark. So you're both Domain Masters..."
"Still, even if you are Domain Masters, only one of you can survive today. This skill will not allow two people to lay claim to the registry at the same time. There is only one chance to change its owner."
"I believe the stronger of you two will also have a better chance of gaining the Slave Registry Ledger's recognition and becoming its owner."
"Please begin."
With that, Ada stepped aside.
