Background / History

Uro belonged to the Sun, Moon, and Stars Squad, an assassination unit directly subordinate to the Fujiwara Clan. Its members abandoned their identities to serve their masters; Uro lived in the shadows without even a name. The clan eventually named her only to make her the scapegoat for its murder of one of its own relatives. This betrayal became the source of her hatred for the Fujiwara 39.

Kenjaku later resurrected her through incarnation. She entered the Culling Game’s Sendai Colony, where Kogane identified her among its high-risk players alongside Ryu Ishigori, Dhruv Lakdawalla, Kurourushi, and Yuta Okkotsu 16 39.

Personality

Uro’s resentment toward the Fujiwara strongly shapes her judgment. She repeatedly calls Long Xi a “Fujiwara brat” and refuses to accept his explanation that he is Chinese, interpreting his objections as fear rather than evidence that she has mistaken his identity. His acknowledgment of her suffering and offer of friendship briefly affect her, but she rejects the offer as disgusting 39.

She is abrasive and quick to trade insults with both Long Xi and Ishigori. Nevertheless, her aggression does not amount to indiscriminate recklessness: when they propose confronting Sukuna, she sharply distinguishes a worthwhile fight from certain death and warns that they are outmatched 37 44 45.

After becoming Long Xi’s teacher, she maintains an outwardly dismissive attitude while watching his training closely. She insists that she is only checking whether he is wasting her lessons, prompting Riko Amanai to compare her to a teacher checking homework 46.

Sky Manipulation

• Spatial control: Seizes the sky as a tangible plane and folds or pulls it like cloth 37.

• Strikes a patch of space rather than the target’s body directly; the displaced spatial plane delivers the impact 37.
• Crushes Long Xi’s breastbone, displaces his organs, and throws him into a subway-station wall 37.
• Can be used repeatedly while warped buildings and ground confine opponents, combining its impact with environmental crushing damage 38.

Domain Expansion

• Opens a domain during the rooftop confrontation with Ishigori and Long Xi. Its name and individual sure-hit effect are not shown 40 41.
• Her domain overlaps with Ishigori’s and Yuta’s; their conflicting forces and Long Xi’s fifteenfold-enhanced Void destabilize the barriers and cause them to collapse 41.
• The resulting burnout is particularly dangerous for Uro because she relies heavily on her cursed technique and is less effective in unassisted hand-to-hand combat than the other fighters 41.
