Wang Zhu and Qiu Yajing wanted to flee too, but Ying Ming Hao clung desperately to their clothes and refused to let go, his posture all but declaring, "You have to protect me today!"
"All right, she's gone. Aren't you going to let go?!"

Qiu Yajing looked utterly distraught and kept patting her chest, as though the fright had nearly given her a heart attack.
That was freaking scarier than a monster! Who could possibly take it?

The two women turned toward him in unison, their delicate brows bristling and their faces murderous. Their eyes seemed to say, How do you intend to explain this?!
