Konoha captured Sunagakure’s toxin stronghold, and Torifu Akimichi began organizing a gradual offensive as Shinji sensed his Sharingan nearing its next evolution.

• Shinji confronted Hachiro Uchiha over his family’s mistreatment, and Kagami punished Hachiro and arranged protection and restored benefits for Uchiha An.
• Shinji gathered with his friends and teammates, then asked Hatake Sakumo to assess his combat skills and learned the weaknesses of his sword techniques.
• Shinji joined Sakumo’s squad in the Land of Wind, helped repel Sunagakure ambushes, and killed a puppeteer with Purgatory Slash.

Shinji and the Hatake Squad helped Konoha break Sunagakure’s main force, but Dan Katō died and Tsunade’s fear of blood returned. Later, Shinji embraced a vision for the Uchiha clan and secretly trained until his power reached Kage Level.

• Torifu Akimichi hosted a barbecue before the Stone Mill Offensive, and Shinji resolved to grow stronger to protect his companions and home.
• At Wind Howling Gorge, Wenshu and Huxia’s forces trapped Sakumo’s squad, and Shinji awakened his Three-Tomoe Sharingan to help the team escape.
• Shinji, Hizashi, and Miwako recovered and trained with Sakumo before assaulting Sandstone Fortress, where they defeated the defenders and forced Wenshu and Huxia to retreat.
• Torifu Akimichi launched the Great Avalanche Offensive, and Shinji’s squad faced Shukaku after Bunpuku unleashed its sand attacks against both armies.
• Sakumo killed Wenshu and Huxia, and Shinji disrupted Bunpuku’s control so Shukaku rampaged into Sunagakure’s retreating forces before being subdued.
• Konoha drove Sunagakure from the Throat of the Raging Sands, but Rasa killed Dan Katō, and Tsunade collapsed after Dan’s death triggered her fear of blood.
