The construction and decor of Babylon's embassy primarily drew on the Church in Birka. Overall, it looked like a Gothic church.
After all, Shandia favored a tribal style, while Angel Island had a fairy-tale aesthetic. Some cultural elements from both had been incorporated into the interior decor.
Neither style was suitable as the main architectural style of an embassy in the Blue Sea.

The embassy's staff dining hall was also church-like, with long tables arranged in neat rows, colored enamel windows, and various religious symbols.
It had been more than half a month since Reiju had joined the embassy. She had gradually adjusted to life here.
That went for both Babylon's religiously tinged embassy and the somewhat peculiar technological nation of Titans.
Walking along the embassy's white stone walkway, Reiju headed toward her office.
The clergy and nuns she passed greeted her politely, though with a touch of reserve.
When Reiju first arrived in Titans, she had two tokens with her, one for Babylon and one for Titans.
However, because of her personal experiences, although she was quite comfortable living in a technological nation, she instinctively distrusted its ruler.
Initially, she had planned to go to Dressrosa, but the monarchy there had only just been restored. It had only a temporary Babylonian embassy; the official building was unfinished, and there were no Skypieans permanently stationed there.
(The embassy in Amazon Lily was little known, so naturally, Reiju knew nothing about it.)
In the end, she had chosen to join Babylon's embassy in Titans.
