This had once been a desolate stretch of beach known as Rockfield Bay Shore. After the Great Angel became the Empress's "best friend,"
the area had been handed over to him to do with as he pleased.
By now, it had been fully developed into a small port town.
It had every kind of facility: a hospital, a school, shops, a theater, a seaport, an airport, a military camp, and an embassy. It was also fully open to the Kuja Tribe.
So besides female Skypieans and Artificial Angels, Kuja women could often be seen on the streets. They were especially fond of the many goods imported from overseas.
Today was a special day, and the town was bustling with excitement.

In a luxurious lounge inside the embassy, a group of Kuja women bustled around their ruler.
"Snake Princess, we've finished making the final adjustments to your veil and gown."
A woman with wavy blonde hair and a pair of horn ornaments on her bun led several maids as they helped Hancock get ready.
"Goldflower... is this really all right? Can I really marry Lord Sephi dressed like this? Isn't something still missing?"
Dressed in a pure white wedding gown, Hancock turned this way and that before the large mirror in the lavish dressing room. Though she could find nothing wrong, she still anxiously questioned her housekeeper.
Hancock herself had spent a month choosing this wedding gown.
Yet now that the moment had arrived, she had started fretting all over again.
