The regular update is already up: 6,700 Chinese characters.
I have a few things to say here. Since there's quite a bit, I'm posting them separately.

1. About disappearing comments
Some people seem to think I've been deleting comments... I really haven't. I've left plenty of nasty ones untouched.
If I were deleting them, why would I leave so many up instead of just wiping them all out?
Think about it: is writing faster, or deleting? Which takes more effort?
Even the replies I write myself often disappear.
Sometimes I have no other choice, and I'll write something like, "In, this, situation. I, can, only, reply, to, you, like, this." Some of you have probably seen that.
The system has backed me into a corner, too.
Honestly, this explanation should have gone in the opening chapters.
But earlier, when I really had no other choice, I added some explanations at the beginning, and sure enough, comments started disappearing and getting attached to the wrong paragraphs again.
So I won't put it at the beginning. Whatever...
2. About dropping the story
...Yeah, some readers have asked.
They asked whether I'd drop it. It hasn't come to that.
I can understand the concern. With over 500,000 Chinese characters written and results like these, most people would have dropped it ages ago.
I've already written this far. At most, I'll speed up the pacing a little, but I still intend to finish it.
It was meant to be practice in the first place.
