Cool-white LED arrays embedded in the ceiling provided light. The air circulation system hummed steadily, while various machines adorned with religious imagery operated.
This blend of Babylon and Titans aesthetics was what Sephiroth's forces truly looked like.
Still, this was not the Babylon Mainland. None of the traditionalist, black-robed Scroll Priests who worshipped Sephiroth as a god could be found here.
The ones bustling about were all new-school Tech-Priests in red robes.
In a sense, they were less superstitious... relatively speaking...
At the end of a winding staircase in the central underground area stood a mechanical platform surrounded by coils.
