It was an archipelago nation in the White-White Sea, consisting of two islands of earth and rock, two natural Sky Islands, and one Artificial Sky Island.
Main Island: Upper Yard.
Satellite Islands: Birka Island, Angel Island, and Cocoyasi.
Artificial island: Heaven's Gate.

Most of the buildings lining the road had Angel Island's fairy-tale style.
White island cloud and pale timber formed their main structures, and many houses had terraces. Their roofs came in vivid, eye-catching colors such as red, pink, and bright yellow.
A smaller number of buildings followed Birka's style instead.
The administrative offices featured Baroque architecture, while the religious buildings featured Gothic architecture. All were Babylon's official institutions or public facilities.
This place had originally been nothing more than the entrance to Angel Island, a massive stairway through the Cloud Sea connecting the White Sea and the White-White Sea.
Now it had expanded enough to rival traditional hub towns such as Loguetown.
