The battle between Zephyr and the Red Count had spread from Rocky Port's main road to the western blocks.
Buildings along their path collapsed one after another in the aftershocks of their Conqueror's Coating.
Zephyr fought with broad, forceful movements and ferocious Haki. The Red Count combined a nobleman's elegance with a beast's savagery.
"-Hellfire Bombs!"
In his werewolf form, the Red Count opened his mouth and spat out three black fireballs.
"Naive!"
Zephyr flashed forward in pursuit, sweeping his Armament Haki-coated mechanical arm across the fireballs and scattering them.
Then he closed in, throwing a punch that cracked the sound barrier toward the Red Count.
The Red Count swung his claws, coated in Underworld Freezing Gas, to meet Zephyr. With a sharp crack, he was knocked back, freezing gas and shards of ice spraying everywhere.
Zephyr's mechanical arm instantly frosted over, ice spreading up its metal casing. His entire body stiffened as a bone-piercing chill struck his soul. Then Conqueror's Haki erupted from him, and a powerful jolt shattered the ice.
Suddenly, flames surged into the sky from the docks, making both men pause.
Zephyr knew at a glance that Babylon's reinforcements had arrived. Binz's earlier caution had certainly helped.
"Your plot ends here."
The Logia Flame-Flame Fruit was far too conspicuous. Even though their battle had moved beyond the port district, the flames filling the sky were still unmistakable.
"But the Alliance Leader's goal is about to be realized. You cannot stop it."
The Red Count had complete faith in Bondrewd.
With nothing more to say, the two clashed again. Zephyr's mechanical arm crossed the Red Count's claws, and the shockwave shattered the outer structures of nearby buildings.
