Simulated sunlight poured down from the luminous arrays in the dome, streaming into the room through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
York sat on the edge of a large daybed, his legs hanging over the side and his toes curling idly. He wore a loose nightrobe, his pale blond, wavy twin tails hanging somewhat messily behind his shoulders. His large, sky-blue eyes still held the daze of someone who had just woken up.

York yawned and lazily reached over to take a cup from the automatic coffee machine on the bedside table.
