During his six years there, Qin Ye used mental interference and corruption to build a following of more than a thousand servants. He earned the name Slaughter God and received an offer to remain from the Lord of Slaughter. He refused, completed Hell Road using his servants’ heart-demon power, and accepted losing their supplied strength as the price of freedom 1.

After returning to the continent, he found a Shrek Academy admissions flyer. His age qualified, but his level-ten Soul Power fell short of the academy’s requirement. While considering a conventional Soul Beast hunt, he received the Heart Demon’s proposal to obtain rings through a Heart Demon Contract 1.

During Zhao Wuji’s trial, he organizes the applicants while secretly making Tang San refuse cooperation. His interference creates openings for Zhu Zhuqing and Xiao Wu, and Ning Rongrong later thanks him for helping the students pass 6 7 8 11.

Building Influence at Shrek

Qin Ye subordinates Dai Mubai and obtains his first Soul Ring, then establishes a romantic partnership with Zhu Zhuqing. When Tang San attacks with hidden weapons, Qin Ye deliberately takes an arrow near his heart to appear protective before Flender; Zhu Zhuqing’s subsequent attempt to shield him is unexpected 14 16 17.

Soto Great Soul Arena

He secures a Bronze medal, pressures Zhu Yan into service, and reveals his intention to use the Shrek Seven Devils’ corrupted Martial Souls for his ascent to godhood 35 37.

Star Dou Great Forest Expedition

Before reaching the forest, Qin Ye defeats Ye Zhiqiu with borrowed Great Strength Gorilla power. He deliberately spares him and requests that Shi Nian come looking for him, intending to obtain Shi Nian’s soul bone later 43.

In the forest, he coordinates the capture of Oscar’s prospective Soul Beast and helps Zhao Wuji overwhelm Snake Granny, using Meng Yiran as a hostage. During the later pursuit of Xiao Wu, he kills the Man Faced Demon Spider, retrieves the Eight Spider Lances, and avoids challenging the much stronger Titan Giant Ape 44 45 48 49.
