Before long, Lin Chen brought Trunks to the foot of the enormous tree.
After landing, Lin Chen said, "Trunks, there's someone I want you to meet. Starting today, he'll be training you alongside me."
"Someone?"
Trunks looked puzzled.
They had been flying for ages, yet they hadn't seen a single living thing on this planet, let alone a person. Where could anyone be?
Just then, however, a figure suddenly descended from above.
Once the figure landed, Lin Chen called out to him, "Broly, long time no see."
"Yes, it's been a while, Linx."
The man who appeared before them was none other than Broly, who had vanished without a trace for a long time.
He was precisely the person Lin Chen had just mentioned to Trunks.
After briefly explaining Trunks's situation, Lin Chen said, "Broly, how's your training going? If you're free, how about helping me teach him?"
"I can control the ordinary Super Saiyan form now, but I still don't quite dare to try the Legendary Super Saiyan Form," Broly replied.
"All right. I'll give you some guidance along the way, too."
"Okay." Broly nodded, then said to Trunks, "Your name is Trunks, right? Show me your moves. Let me see how well you control your power."
Trunks glanced at Lin Chen. Seeing that he had no objections, he said, "Shall I start, then?"

Trunks felt uneasy. Although the Broly standing opposite him had an imposing name-the same name as the legendary Mad King Broly from his world-this Broly looked as though a stiff breeze could knock him over.
So Trunks unleashed his Ki, transformed into a Super Saiyan, and launched a probing attack at Broly.
To Trunks's surprise, however, the seemingly frail man before him dodged his attack with ease.
