There was one defining trait of a Legendary Super Saiyan.
Legendary Super Saiyans were born with tremendous battle power, and their strength increased naturally as they grew older.
That alone meant Kale would always be at a disadvantage against Broly.
Broly was at least twenty years older than Kale.
Twenty years of growing battle power made it difficult for Kale to catch up to Broly unless she trained hard-and even that assumed Broly never trained at all.
Unfortunately, after Broly came to his senses in this world, he had never neglected his training.
Those factors ultimately determined the outcome of this match.
Seeing that ranged attacks were useless too, Kale grew anxious.
Caulifla had personally asked her to defeat Broly. If she couldn't do it, how could she face Caulifla?
In her desperation, Kale formed a green energy sphere around her fist.
Abandoning her previous approach, she charged straight at Broly with the energy sphere, closing in for a point-blank attack.
Seeing that Kale still hadn't given up, Broly decided to end the fight.
He had held back far too much strength in preparation for his final, formidable opponent, Hit, but he couldn't keep this up.
As a fellow Legendary Super Saiyan, he understood their power and characteristics all too well.
If he didn't finish this quickly, Kale's strength might keep rising throughout the battle.
At that point, the fight would become much harder.
He took Kale's oncoming punch squarely on his chest.
His resilient body left Broly completely unscathed.
Then Broly launched his final counterattack.
He suddenly ducked, grabbed Kale by the ankle, and yanked hard, hurling her into the sky.
Immediately afterward, Broly released two purplish-black energy spheres from his hands.
The instant those two spheres appeared, several people in Universe 6's stands sprang to their feet.
