Lin Ye pursued Uchiha wishes while confronting Danzo, the Akatsuki, and Orochimaru, rescuing Karin and Fū amid the Chunin Ninja Exams and Konoha’s invasion. He left to seek Madara Uchiha’s body and was targeted by a surviving Orochimaru, who allied with Obito.

• Lin Ye uncovered the Uchiha Forbidden Grounds, learned Black Zetsu had altered the stone tablet, and vowed to fulfill the clan’s last wishes despite Danzo’s pursuit.
• Lin Ye awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan, rescued Gaara, and joined Jiraiya in discovering that Nagato controlled six Pain bodies and that Danzo had helped destroy the original Akatsuki.
• Lin Ye rescued Karin from Grass Ninja, brought her to Konoha, and presented evidence of Danzo’s crimes before Danzo’s Root attacked them during the Chunin Ninja Exams and the Third Hokage arrested him.
• Lin Ye and Karin tried to protect Fū from Orochimaru in the Forest of Death, but Orochimaru seized her and escaped after Lin Ye’s Mangekyō use left him nearly blind.
• Lin Ye, Hiruzen, Naruto, and Konoha’s forces repelled the attack by Shukaku, Deidara, and Sasori, then Lin Ye recovered his vision and led a mission to rescue Fū.
• Lin Ye and Sasuke destroyed Orochimaru’s Eight-Headed Serpent while Karin restrained Orochimaru and Kabuto, and Lin Ye used a Life Crystal to save Karin before freeing Fū.
• The Third Hokage appointed Lin Ye captain of a team protecting the remaining jinchūriki and revealed that reconciling Sasuke and Naruto could help break Indra’s curse and synthesize the Rinnegan.
• Lin Ye accepted Madara Uchiha’s last wish to find and bury his body, while Orochimaru revealed that he had survived and agreed with Obito to capture Lin Ye.

Lin Ye gathered the Uchiha imprints to awaken the Jōgan, then led the Shinobi World Alliance against the Otsutsuki and uncovered ancient powers and allies. After escaping Kinshiki and Urashiki, Lin Ye agreed to train with the People of the Stars as Momoshiki’s forces prepared to descend.

• Lin Ye revived and sealed Madara, then led Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura against Akatsuki in Kumogakure, saving Killer B but losing his sight.
• Lin Ye gathered the Counter-Kāma fragments, removed Isshiki from Sasuke, and helped the Five Kage establish the Shinobi World Alliance.
• Lin Ye found Yu Ye, formed the Otsutsuki Countermeasures Special Unit, and fulfilled Uchiha wishes until he awakened the Jōgan.
• Lin Ye led the Alliance into space to confront Kaguya’s fleet, then entered the ruins with Karin and gained the Legacy System after defeating Isshiki’s construct.
• Lin Ye and his companions recovered the Uzumaki scrolls and Eye of Prophecy from the Eye of the Whirlpool, escaping Kinshiki and Urashiki as the palace collapsed.
• At the Cave of Myriad Forms, Sakura treated Sasuke’s eyes, but an Otsutsuki corpse and its allies attacked, forcing Lin Ye’s group to flee toward the People of the Stars.
• Lin Ye removed his Kāma tracking mark and agreed to ally with the People of the Stars, then entered their Time Sealing formation with his companions to train.

Lin Ye and his companions uncovered the Ark’s connection to the Watcher, endured the trials that revealed its path, and fought to reach the Doomsday Battlefield. The Dawnbringer was left badly damaged and approaching the Stillness Abyss, while Xingli’s mark and the Ark’s secrets remained unresolved.

• After Karin shattered Hope during Momoshiki’s attack, Lin Ye awakened the Star Rinnegan, sealed Momoshiki, and helped defeat the invading forces before forming an alliance with the People of the Stars.
• Lin Ye rescued the Stargazers aboard the Ancient Compass, learned of the Great Cataclysm and the Seven Covenant Stars, and fled to Dust-Hidden Star as the Reapers pursued them.
• At the Ring of Oaths, Lin Ye’s power opened the way to Between the Star Cores, where he gained the Origin Starmark’s preliminary authorization and faced the Faceless One and Dreamweaver.
• Sasuke and Karin defeated Dreamweaver, and the Sentinel of Origin forced the Faceless One to retreat, and Oriyuki then revealed that Kaguya was the corrupted Watcher and that Xingli’s mark could be bait.
• After Lin Ye recovered, the group traced the Ark toward the Forgotten Corridor and passed the Drifting Temple’s trials, receiving the Ark Beacon, the Dreamweaver’s True Scroll, and the Worldtree Seed.
• Sakura used the Worldtree Seed to heal Little Star, who revealed the Ark’s Kāma purification plan and warned that Xingli’s Deep Dream Seed could expose their location.
• Lin Ye, Naruto, and Sasuke fought off three Shadowstrike ships, but Lin Ye collapsed after using the Origin Starmark to disrupt their spatial trap.
• With the Dawnbringer badly damaged and Xingli’s Deep Dream Seed activating, Lin Ye ordered the crew toward the Stillness Abyss, where the ship neared engine failure as the scene ahead changed.

Lin Ye and his companions pursued the Ark through the Eternal Corridor, overcame Kaguya’s corruption, and activated the Ark at the cost of several lives. Lin Ye then set out alone to investigate the spreading corruption and trace a Watcher traitor to the Silent Corridor.

• Lin Ye touched the Silver-Light Crystal in the Stillness Abyss, received a vision of the Doomsday Battlefield and the Eternal Corridor, and escaped the collapsing Abyss with his companions as Kaguya’s fleet attacked.
• Lin Ye and the crew found the Whisperer and revived Ayami, who guided them toward the Echo Core and the Ark’s missing signal.
• Lin Ye’s team recovered the route to the Sanctum of Purification and fought through its corrupted defenses, with Sasuke severing the contamination links and taking a Purification Prism fragment.
• The Nightmare Incarnation attacked the Whisperer, but Lin Ye, Naruto, Sasuke, and Ayami disrupted it and escaped as Little Star’s core collapsed.
• Lin Ye and his companions used their combined power and memories to break through the Deep Dream Origin, then struggled onward toward the Echo Core as Kaguya pursued them.
• Sasuke sacrificed himself to save the Whisperer, Ayami gave her mental energy to revive Elder Mochen, and Naruto and Mochen gave their lives helping Lin Ye reach the Ark’s Origin Core.
• Lin Ye activated the Ark’s Origin sequence, broke Kaguya’s restraints, and learned the Ark’s mission, and a month later he left Konoha to carry his fallen companions’ stories and seed life across the universe.
• Lin Ye investigated a corrupted civilization’s lunar facility and freed its surviving occupant, then uncovered evidence of a Watcher traitor on Altheimia and set course for the Silent Corridor.
