After his first read-through, Shisui frowned.
"This feels like handing over my eyes."
Uchiha Gen did not immediately argue.
He knew why Shisui resisted.
The Sharingan was the Uchiha's bloodline inheritance.
More than that, it was a ninja's personal trump card.
Putting an ability on paper, even without detailing the technique, could make someone feel as though they had been taken apart and laid out before others.
That was especially true for Shisui.
His eyes held an ability that outsiders could never be allowed to know about.

Even the name itself could not appear in any record.
He was not afraid of being restrained.

"For example, in situations involving ordinary villagers, non-hostile ninja, or disputes between comrades within the village, you must not initiate genjutsu without a witness present."
Then he pointed to the second section.
"In cases involving enemy attacks, rogue ninja, or
