Before the Dawn-Presiding Temple, the rooster of Hairy Head stood tall.
The Origin Wood Dharma Treasure, [Dawn-Presiding Temple], housed a divine mechanism named [Hairy Head Sun Long-Cry Star Official]-the White Feathers Mysterious Chicken stationed within.
An ancient Azure Wood stele had recently been moved before the temple. Three people tall, it bore seal-script characters:
[If the five affairs are not under Pacification, how can they be rectified? If the five afflictions are not diagnosed, how can there be essence? If the five auspicious signs are not nurtured, how can they be put to use?]

Before the stele stood a violet immortal figure bearing seven grottoes. With every breath, the thunderbolts of heaven and earth bent and stretched, moving in concert.
Xu Xuan quietly contemplated those words. He felt they touched upon the very foundations of the Five Virtues' Proper Positions, essences, and functions. This was a supreme secret of the Dao, and even he drew considerable inspiration from it.
Behind him, light of Jia Wood gradually gathered, and a majestic Azure Wood Deity Statue emerged. It wore green robes and carried a wooden ruler, while the Solar Terms of spring, summer, and autumn shifted behind its sleeves.
It was Assistant Deity Chuming.
"The Eastern Radiance Great Dao discusses the five rectifications, Five Essences, and Five Uses, deducing them through achievement, name, Dao, and method."
Chuming spoke, his voice like a mysterious bell. Various manifestations of the Five Virtues arose beside him, their implications of fortune and misfortune shifting ceaselessly.
"In name, they are [rectification], [essence], and [function]; in achievement, [affairs], [notification], and [auspicious signs]; in method, [pacification],
[diagnosis], and [nurturing]."
He paused, then continued, "As for the Dao, it is [Yin-Yang]."
"Truly worthy of the Immortal Arts!"
Xu Xuan smiled
