The great void.
Purple and white thunder intertwined into a heavenly road that stretched straight upward, seemingly toward an infinitely lofty place. Two figures appeared before it in the blink of an eye.
Yun Yi activated an incantation and opened the hidden passage, and a change appeared at the end of the heavenly road.
The manifestation of the Heavenly Successive Star appeared in the northern sky like a lustrous pearl. Within it flowed an endless torrent of illusory silver-white light, while layers of deep purple surrounded it. Thunder intertwined and extended into the sky like roots.
Two swimming fish, one black and one white, swam down from far above, stirring the chaos qi and fully opening this heavenly road. At its end, a wondrous azure hall appeared.
The hall was ancient and imposing. A plaque condensed from thunder hung above its Bronze Gate, bearing several ancient characters: [Calamity-Transmuting Hall].

Yun Yi gazed at the scene, her expression growing solemn, and said slowly:
"These are the ruins of [Calamity-Transmuting Heaven], which our lord opened in ages past. It was originally attached to the golden rank, but when our lord perished because of his Dao, this grotto-heaven shattered along with him. Only this mysterious hall remained, anchored by a Dharma Treasure."
"What a pity."
Xu Xuan looked on with a measure of regret.
A grotto-heaven was of tremendous importance. Not only could it produce spirit treasures, it also greatly benefited cultivation in its corresponding tradition. Once sealed, it could even conceal itself from others' eyes and ears; even a Golden Core cultivator would struggle to peer
