The moment they entered the square, all the Gargoyles came to life.

They lunged from every direction, some flying through the air and others crawling along the ground, moving much faster than the one before.

Ponzu's dragonflies met them head-on, tangling with several Gargoyles in midair.

The dragonflies were fast, their wings sharp, slicing repeatedly across the soles of the Gargoyles' feet.

Ponzu stepped sideways, and a dragonfly swept past her, its wings slicing through the soles of that Gargoyle's feet. The Gargoyle fell to the ground and turned into a card.

The bees were attacking too. Small and fast, they focused on stabbing the soles of the Gargoyles' feet. One by one, the Gargoyles fell to their stings.

Three minutes later, the last Gargoyle fell and turned into a card.

Twenty-three cards lay on the ground. The bees flew over, carried the cards back, and placed them in Ponzu's hands.

Ponzu put them into her Spell Book and caught her breath.

"There sure are a lot of monsters here," she said.
